FinanzCalc is an independent educational resource that pairs 100 interactive financial calculators with 100 plain-English guides for people in the United States. Our goal is simple: make the math behind big money decisions transparent and approachable.

What we publish

Every calculator shows its formula in plain language, uses clearly stated assumptions and visualizes the result with charts. Articles explain the concepts behind the numbers, from how mortgages amortize to how tax brackets work.

How the numbers work

Calculators run entirely in your browser. Federal tax figures, contribution limits and thresholds reflect 2026 rules as we understand them and are rounded or simplified where noted. Always confirm figures with official sources such as the IRS, SSA and your lenders.
